Where There's Smoke
After just reading "Friendly Fire" I had even higher hopes for this one. But...
...this was a total let down. From the complete lack of relationship development to just some quite off the wall scenarios that didn't add up for me at all...this was a bust. Honestly a 2 star read for me but I'll give half a point to some entertaining super powers and the love for The Incredibles, (which I thought of frequently). Also...I know Cari Z can write so there's hope that the next one only enhances this first installment. We shall see!!
Until then I'm going to continue to scratch my head on this one.
